Welcome to "Born To Move"!

The "Born To Move" magazine will share health and physical fitness topics that will catapult its readers into a healthier lifestyle.  There are no quick-fix methods.  The ultimate goal is to educate, eliminate the fear factor, and building self-confidence which will improve the quality of life.

Today's magazines have images of women of our youth (teens amd young adults), saying woman can regain this youthful appearance, and they can have it now, when in reality, it may not be possible.  Why? Simply because the force of gravity pulls us to the earth, and pulls everything else every which way but loose. 

“Born To Move” magazine will keep it real with articles from writers that are living the lifestyle change.  Our writers will share their experiences and expertise with long-term goals in mind to produce inch and weight loss and body building techniques.  Another component to our goal is to include nutritional health facts that does not compromise taste, but in serving size.  

The objective once again is to enlighten the mature woman on how to enter into this new lifestyle with:
  • Wisdom, knowledge and understanding

  • Having no fear or stress

  • Confidence and victory

  • Achievable goals, through nutrition and physical movement

Forget that mentality of the way you were and embrace a healthier lifestyle here and now.  You may not have that coke-bottle shape, but you will have a shape.  And to top it off, you will have joy and peace through a healthier you.
